We train all staff members that the best policy in the case of an incident is to report the incident immediately to the homeowner, meaning we will either repair or replace it.
We bring everything we need to professionally clean your home, including supplies, chemicals and equipment. In some cases, at the customer's request we may use cleaning chemicals provided by customer or use the customer's vacuum to clean.

What if I need to reschedule my regular cleaning?
We get it—life happens!. If you need to reschedule your upcoming cleaning, we're all for flexibility. Just let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled cleaning, and we'll make it work.
No problem, this is very common. That's is why many of clients decide to provide us with a code to enter the house or provide keys for access. All keys and codes are securely stored and only used by Jose and Delmy, owners of Delmy's Home services.

We stand by our cleaning services. After we clean, if you notice a mistake, or you simply believe the cleaning does not meet the standards for the exceptional quality we promised, just let us know within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning and we will come out and address the issues.
